PINK MOON is a pair of circle dangle earrings featuring a pink moon over green rolling hills and blue water. Hand painted on beautiful birch wood. The pink moon rises up and across the tear-drop shaped wood ear post from which the circle dangles.
These one-of-a-kind hand painted wood earrings are extremely light and easy to wear.

Hand cut and painted with zero VOC wood waxes and gold oil paint.
Polished copper jump rings are hand formed from scrap electrical wire.

:: CARE INSTRUCTIONS ::
Please handle with clean, dry hands. I recommend that you wait until your face and hair care products have dried before putting in your earrings, to avoid possible staining.
:: THE TECHNICAL DETAILS ::
This pair of earrings measures approximately 2.5 inches long from the top of the top ear piece to the bottom edge of the dangle. I hand cut it from very light weight 5-ply baltic birch plywood. The earrings are then sanded to 150 grit and hand painted with zero-VOC wood wax and gold oil paint. The 6mm long ear post and disc is 100% sterling silver, and has been attached to the back of the wood earring with industrial strength jeweller’s epoxy.Each earring weighs approximately 2 grams including the backing. If you are familiar with my leather earrings, they are as light and in some cases lighter than those.
HOW WILL THIS ITEM SHIP AND BE PACKAGED?
These will ship within 2 business days, using minimalist recyclable packaging in paper and cardboard. We pay for shipping in Canada and the USA - it is included in the price of the earrings. Insurance coverage and tracking included to protect these one of a kind earrings. You will have the option to upgrade to a faster shipping method at checkout if you so desire!
HOW DO I SEND THESE AS A GIFT?
These will make a lovely and appreciated gift! We can ship directly to your recipient, with a custom note from you. We also offer complimentary gift wrapping! You can return or exchange this item, unused, in its original packaging, within 7 days of receiving it. You are responsible for any return and exchange postage costs as well as any loss in value if the item doesn’t arrive back in our studio in its original condition.
